Les Bauchets, 2018 Sicilia Real finesse by the Durmanns100% Pinot Noir on marl soils, with roots attached directly to the mother rock. Dosage is 2g l. Classic Blanc de Noirs here in aromas of brioche and cherry blossom, but with saline minerality and a lengthy finish taking it to the next level.
