Widow Jane American Oak Aged Rye 45.5% 700ml Size::1 Bottle Tasting Notes Colour: Vibrant fuchsiaAged in first fill Bourbon casks, distilled from a rye mash and finished with new American Oak, this provides an intense flavour balanced with warm spice. Cut with limestone water from the legendary mines in Rosendale, NY and non chill filtered for the deepest flavour. The aroma of cardamom, pineapple and orange, while the taste profile hints at maple, almond and apricot. The finish rounds out with white pepper and basswood. This is a spicy summer rye
