In bronze, obverse illustrating a circular disk bearing a Tudor crown surrounded by the inscription "GALLIPOLI 1914 15", on an eight pointed star base, maker marked "A. J. P." (A. J. Parkes of Brisbane) on the reverse, measuring 37. 5 mm (w) x 46. 2 mm (h) inclusive of its integral ring, original ribbon, extremely fine. Footnote: This medal is an unofficial issue.
