Constructed of solid silver (hallmarked 800 and with the crescent moon and crown for silver content); the obverse consisting of an oval wreath, consisting of laurel and oak leaves, tied together on the bottom with a bow, and topped with the royal crown at the top, with WR for Wilhelm Rex superimposed in the centre; the reverse plain, with two rivets holding the royal monogram in
