Sound & Vision California Dolcetto 2022 tuscany and no chemicals are usedA bright, fresh, and fruity interpretation of Dolcetto. Fermented semi carbonic at cool(ish) temperature in concrete and aged 8 months in large format neutral French oak barrels. Grown, organically, on volcanic soils in Tehama Co. CA. Bright red fruit, 5 spice, and herbs.
