It grows out of a cleft in the bare granite on the side of a mountain
This area is pure Languedoc: roundabouts on all the main roads are adorned with the signature garrigue plants rosemary and lavender
Wild yeast fermentation ensured that this is much more than the factory issue ciders of the 1990s
