then de-stemmed and gently pressed then fed by gravity into the fermentation tank

well defined licorice-tinged fruit that is very focused

they bear less fruit

Jones Winery & Vineyard Malbec 2016 Size::1 Bottle wild strawberry and cherry flavorsWith its seductive deep, crimson colour and notes of toasted fennel seeds, choc mint and dark fruits, this wine is complex and enticing. Rich and savoury with lingering fruit flavours and chalky tannins. A pleasure to drink.
