Vintage Anti Cimex "Fear My Nerves" T-Shirt Heavy Metal Both the name and theDischarge, the seminal anarchist UK punk band, formed in 1977. They released their first single in 1980. In 1981, Anti Cimex formed in Sweden where they worshipped at the altar of Discharge.
