Dry River Gewurztraminer 2014 Size::1 Bottle A dense wine with tannin

A dense wine with tannin structure that combines the elegance and concentration

it is perfect in combination with roasts of red meat

and green capsicum notes leading to a balanced and perfumed palate with a rich texture and some green pear to add to the characters already mentioned as well as a pronounced salinity and a touch of Jalapeno Chili on the close

as they were more susceptible to disease and so helped to indicate when the vineyard needed treating

Each of the 9 botanicals (most notably chamomile and gentian) are macerated separately then combined and added to the sherry
