Morrisonite Jasper Slab Lapidary Stone Slice Cut Rock Moroccan Agate mostly with chunks dug inMorrisonite Jasper was a rare old eastern oregon classic orbicular jasper. Morrisonite could come in multiple colors, and often had orb shaped structures within it, which created some really awesome display slabs, or amazing cabochons. It was highly sought after, but after years of no mining, this jasper is very rare to come by today. Morrisonite is named after James Morrison from the Morrison ranch this material was mined on.
