10’s Swiss Dot Shirt Waist heathered Vintage Geiger pleated skirt stillThis charming shirt waist or blouse is covered in the sweetest little hand sewn dots. I love how the pattern is noticeably done by a person rather than a machine. Circa 1900s 1910s, it buttons down the front with small shell buttons. Cute ruffled collar and cuffs. The cotton fabric is light and thin and has a string tie in the back. +++ Measurements +++ Likely best for an xs small. Up to 36" bust Up to 34" waist (ties smaller) 13. 5" between shoulder
